Vaskar Chakma

About

Vaskar Chakma received the Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Technology from Nantong University, Jiangsu Province, People’s Republic of China, in 2025. He is currently pursuing an integrated Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering (Big Data) with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, College of Software, Chung-Ang University, Seoul, Republic of Korea. He is also serving as a graduate research assistant with the Intelligent Networking Lab (INL), Chung-Ang University. He received both the Chung-Ang University President’s Excellence Award and the People’s Choice Award in recognition of his outstanding research presentation at the Chung-Ang University Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition in 2026. His research interests include interdisciplinary artificial intelligence, wireless communication, AI-based radio access networks, and non-terrestrial networks (NTN).
